Our 12 MeV, 10μA, Radio-isotope Generator uses a unique superconducting design to reduce it’s size, and maximize production capability. The system delivers PET radiopharmaceuticals consistently and reliably at the point of care to meet the most demanding workload.

We provide the most compact and only fully modular design available. Our pre-certified modular generator shield is installed in the finished space, eliminating the need for additional radiation shielding.. Customized, pre-built and ISO certified modular clean rooms simplify lab design and implementation. With room dimensions, we can design and pre-build walls, ceiling, floor, doors, and pass-throughs required for routine dose production as well as air handling (temperature and humidity), filtration (HEPA), and lighting equipment.

ION SC12 is the first and only system that has received FDA approval for radio-isotope production. No other manufacturer has received an FDA approval for their cyclotron system.

The modular design assures rapid implementation and simplifies the installation, certification, and qualification process. We only need the required space and specified electric line and you’re laboratory will be manufacturing radiotracer in less than 90 days.

Rapid servicing through Fast “slide exchange” of target, ion source, and other cyclotron components, takes minutes rather than hours, assuring proper radiation safety and production uptime. The system’s power consumption is also much less than conventional, non-superconducting systems.

The system is the first true-on-demand radio-isotope solution. The superconducting technology provides advantages of rapid production for scaled, on-demand production of radioisotope versus larger batch production typical of conventional, non-superconducting solutions. This provides tremendous workflow and financial advantages by producing only the amount of tracer needed, exactly when needed.

Through Ammonia production capacity at site and our patent-protected-FDA approved purification, you can build a Cardiac PET imaging program, using N-13 Ammonia. The result is a brand-differentiating Cardiac PET program with no addition capital investment in generators, hardware, consumables, and cassettes.
